Yes! I can!!! That's my goal for this week : )
I've been working out all weekend and eating pretty well.
(slipped w/ McDonalds last night) .... still trying not to eat lots of fast foods, which I'm doing good at!
I'm going to continue to workout w/ my friend whenever she asks me.. engaging in long walks and cleaning. Just keeping myself active : ) & maybe doing some ab workouts "On Demand"

things to do when bored and want to eat.

exercising can be boring, yes I agree.
That's why it's not something I prioritize to do.
But I feel like I need to stay active and it's even harder in the winter because it's cold and it becomes kidnapping dark by six.
But I thought I'd try to come up w/ a list of six ACTIVE things I could do when I get bored, that doesn't have to deal w/ spending any money or driving any where.

  1. DANCING, DANCING, DANCING. 
    • I may suck at dancing, but doesn't mean I can't laugh at my horrible dance moves and attempt to improve them and "think" I look sexy for my best friends : )
  2. CLEANING!!!!
    • My room is always a mess. I have the "blessing" of cleaning the kitchen every day and there's always room to straighten up everything else.
  3. WALKING.
    • Yeah, it's pretty cold outside - but if I bundle up enough and take my dog w/ me... I think I'll have a different opinion about things.
  4. CLEANING ----- MYSELF!
    • Have you ever heard brushing your teeth makes you not want to eat? Plus, it makes your teeth pretty.
    • Curly hair needs a boost? Work those arms and try out new styles!
    • Shower, shower, shower. (Plus, I know I'm not the only dancer/singer/rapper in the shower)
  5. DOGGY STYLE
    • I have the stinkiest dog in the world, I could begin washing her weekly.. (actually her breath stinks!)
  6. CLEANING MY CAR
    • This is one I'm good at : ) I like to clean my car about once a week, but in the winter that's something harder to accomplish... try again!
You have any ideas of things you can do to keep your mind off the chocolates?

I'm aiming for 34" & some extras ( a little under 35" ) waist by Friday! I don't know if I'll be able to do it because I am hella lazy, and I don't know how well I can fight hunger. My friend has been going hard in the gym and I've been pushed to come to softball skits. So I may start working out w/ my friend again, instead of twice a month like I've been doing, more like twice a week & I'll begin going to softball. I want to be bikini ready for springbreak : ) Even if I'm not wearing a bikini...

 I really want to make this ....
My friend wants to get belly rings, and I want a 31" waist before I do : ) but she's waiting till May...and I'm sure I can meet that goal way before MAY. I also wanna be cute for prom! I'd die if my waist ever hit a 29" O_O I'm really fine w/ everything except my guy :P

I packed myself a lot of cheese n' crackers to eat during the day.
Plus a lunch, like I used to make ; sandwhich, chips, cookies and apples.
Hmmmmmmm

I had lasagna companied by cheddar ruffle chips (instead of breadsticks) I know, weird combo... but it taste good.

& chocolate covered pretzels.

I'm getting hungry again, but I might fight it w/ a big glass of water.. or should I find a nibble? I think I'll just go w/ the water.

sleep schedule.

I want to get a good sleep schedule.
Slowly begin working my way up to going to sleep by 10.

not eating as much as usual.

I ate a little less than usual for breakfast. & about a little less than usual for dinner. No lunch like usual on Sunday. I hope my eating habits continue to decrease : ) Getting ready for college is freaking me out. I just wish I knew where I was going so I could prepare myself in that direction!

Good thing we don't have any snack foods. This is way harder than I though, & we don't even have any fruit. Maybe when my Dad wakes up he can take me to go get some so I can make a bunch of little fruit salads to have handy at all times : ) I need a new water bottle too. I keep craving tacos and lasagna. "a moment on the lips, a life time on the hips" is finally starting to come into play in my head. I used to not be able to gain wait, but looking at my 31" then, and my 37" now.. I see where I started to gain weight. It's even become uncomfortable (double chin feels funny when I look certain ways). I want a actual scale to see how much I loose and gain in numbers as well as measurements.

the fruit starve diet x motivation


I wanna go on a fruit diet until I get a new job just to shrink my stomach. So that means if I really want to eat regular food then I'll keep trying hard to get a new job, but I could get a new job like tomorrow (applied to jobs already) but then again it could be a whole month. I think it'll be fun, because I like challenges. Except on Sundays (to make sure I get proper amount of nutrition). Water and fruit, only : )
