TODAY IS ALMOST OVER, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING.
I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING GOOD FOR MY BODY TODAY.. SO I WILL AFTER I EAT DINNER.

WHAT HAVE I EATEN TODAY?
- a few too many salsa & chips.
- a few too many cheese its.
& .. dinner is coming up.

I GUESS MY EATING IN MODERATION WILL BEGIN TOMORROW.. and my increased execrise will begin, tomorrow as well..

first of all.. I DONT DRINK SODA - it's gross. & it's just totally bad for your body.
I WANT TO GET IN SHAPE. Before the end of November I'd loved to be 150lbs. I've been a constant 160-something for ever now... Basketball, volleyball, softball, gymnastics.. nothing seems to change my weight.. Maybe I'm destined to be 160? I fail to believe that..
