things that need to change.

SNACKING.
  • Snack, snack, snack.
  • Change the fat snacks to healthy snacks.
  • This avoids stuffing yourself at meals. ( DUHHHHH )
SLEEPING.
  • Staying up too late = snacking too much.
  • Throws off body!
  • Bed by ten during the school week!

PLAN A

So I have not been sticking to the plan. I snack like crazy - blame the drugs. I never, ever work out. I have the lazy disease.. and I look disgusting. Okay, maybe I'm being dramatic.. but that's how I feel when I look at my tummy and butt. I'm def a BIG BUTT, SMALL WAIST type of girl. So I'm back on here blogging faithfully.. and w/ tips, my plan, eating habits, etc. I know I say I'm forreal every time, but I CAN NOT GET ANY BIGGER AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH MYSELF.. I'm already uncomfortable. So let's get it.
