can't get under 35" waist

Yes! I can!!! That's my goal for this week : )
I've been working out all weekend and eating pretty well.
(slipped w/ McDonalds last night) .... still trying not to eat lots of fast foods, which I'm doing good at!
I'm going to continue to workout w/ my friend whenever she asks me.. engaging in long walks and cleaning. Just keeping myself active : ) & maybe doing some ab workouts "On Demand"
