new plan. ( :

I wanna be in best health in I really wanna reach my goal by Springbreak which is only about a month away. So I've come up w/ a plan. I hard but tangible plan. I'm going to do my gym workout every day. Take my lunch to school, eat breakfast and cook dinner. I'm also gonna do the P90x ABS 0_0 ... after a week I'm going to cut 1/4 of my food down and another week later I'm going to add biking (warm weather!) The last week I'm going to cut down another 1/4 of my eating so I'll only be eating half of what I eat now and still exercising, cooking myself, cleaning and keeping up w/ school work. Hopefully this works! I'm starting next week! Plus I'm gonna start donating blood so I need to be in good shape.
