I know what I did wrong this week...

So I'm ready to meet that goal of under 35" waist this week! I know I can do it. No more eating out and no more skipping workouts!!!! That's where I went wrong ; ) & I know why, plus I'll save money if I don't eat out anymore. I spent about $25 just on food this weekend. Half my money! Ughhhh, no more!

Sooooo....

  • NO EATING OUT.
  • NO SKIPPING WORKOUTS (WORKING OUT DAILY)
