things that need to change.

SNACKING.
  • Snack, snack, snack.
  • Change the fat snacks to healthy snacks.
  • This avoids stuffing yourself at meals. ( DUHHHHH )
SLEEPING.
  • Staying up too late = snacking too much.
  • Throws off body!
  • Bed by ten during the school week!
