I WORKOUT.

LOL I NEED TOOOOOO I BE TIRED

I'm fat.

I am fat to say the least.
I didn't realize how big I have gotten.
I weight 180lbs. I never been this big in my life.
I felt a little chubbier in the waist, but when I got on the scale yesterday it was a flashlight wake up.
I am starting my veggie diet this week until the end of the school year.
I am also aiming to lose 5lbs every week until July, then I'll focus on whatever needs to be done then.
I'm going to weigh myself every Sunday at the gym.
Boy, am I nervous/excited/ready for a change.

My BMI says I'm over weight. 2.8 points away from Obesity.
My goal is to weigh around 145.
Also healthy for my BMI.. wish me luck.
This is no longer a to look good thing, this is my health.

I've been active today!

I went to the gym! & washed my car in the hot sun.
I'm feeling good about myself. YES!

I did it. The ABs portion.
Got a gym ship!

just needed a little boost.

today.

my eating is still pretty wild.
i still have a sob story life.
but i was a tad active today.
& a little less bored than usual.
my dad got a gym member ship so i will be in that thang all day tomorrow.
friday, etc. and every day after monday... no life having ass.
