SNACKING.
Snack, snack, snack.
Change the fat snacks to healthy snacks.
This avoids stuffing yourself at meals. ( DUHHHHH )
SLEEPING.
Staying up too late = snacking too much.
Throws off body!
Bed by ten during the school week!
