GAH.

Yesterday I did not go to the gym.
Today I did not go to the gym either, plus I ate fast food.
So when I wake up tomorrow, I'm heading to the gym until I have to go to work :)
Make up time!

Oh, and I think I'm gonna sign up for membership at Gold's Gym not the 24$ package, the $10 package!

I went to the gym today : )

I went w/ my friends. I like going w/ friends... I like going by myself.
I just love the gym, truthfully.
I don't know if I'll be able to afford a monthly pass of $24 though :'(

my diet is all out of wack.

thanks to this crazy schedule but my waistline is dropping.
I might head to the gym tonight... just depends on how I feel.
I didn't go yesterday ; and didn't go saturday/sunday.
This is my last week to take advantage of this free pass.

Planet Fitness I realized how great Gold's Gym is... although Planet Fitness had more ab machines :'(

day fifteen.

forgot to pack my lunch.
so I ate chips, rice krispy and milk for lunch.
went to the gym w/ my friend.
skipped the fitness assement.
cause I kinda forgot about it.
I know I don't have a 31" waist -
but I'm still working on it...
body gonna be nice by spring break.

sometimes I want to quit.
But I think about it...............................
nope.

I have a fitness assessment w/ Golds Gym.
I'm not exactly sure what that is.

dinner.

3 slices of pizza.
2 breadsticks.

I'll eat 2 slices of pizza.

day fourteen.

I be starving.
But I know I'm eating correct proportions.
I just came from back from the gym.
I know I'll be sore tomorrow.. I hope I'll be sore tomorrow.
PAIN IS WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY ; )

Now, let's just finish the night off right....

I ate grapes to hold me over, but I'm dying. GR.

I did good except I wasn't able to go to the gym, so I just did a few exercises before I showered.
I ended up eating a pretzel at this basketball game which was partly b/c I was hungry and sad! DAMN YOU EMOTIONS >_< It's true I'm an emotional eater. I'm glad I noticed it, so now I can watch it!

OKAY.
I AM DEF AN EMOTIONAL EATER.
I been doing good on my diet as well today.
But I'm very frustrated w/ the project I'm doing & every time I come to a frustrating spot, I want to stuff my mouth! OMG >_< I'm an emotional eater. FUDGEEEE CAKESSSSS.
I'm really glad I realized that.
I'm learning a lot about my self on this diet thingy.
This project may keep me from going to the gym today.
It's either the gym or finding a way to my bestfriend bball game.......
If I don't find a way, then I'll be in the gym all night.
If I do find a ride, no gym for me.
Maybe a work out video ON DEMAND.

I finally attended the gym.
My eating habits today were pretty awesome.
It may have taken time to adjust and finally get into the sway.
It's mid-day so hopefully my eating habits stay awesome.
(muffin/water -breakfast)
(strawberries/water - in between 2/3/4 period)
(hot fries/ sandwich/ apple dippers/ Oreo's/water - lunch)
(Baked Penne & Salad - dinner)
& if I get hungry later I'll grab an orange.
I have 2-weeks free to the gym, then I have to decide whether I want the membership or not.

I ate a whole bag of hot fries yesterday.
& today. RIDIC.

Sunday, December 4

day 3 of 15 day challenge.

in my first post I was wrong. (here) My waist was ay 37"... today it is at 36"1/2.
Being on this challenge I noticed I eat a lot of fast food.
No more fast food during this 15 day challenge.
& I noticed I do not do any exercise.

I realized I am very busy during the weekends, and when I'm not busy I am tired, tired, tired.
I caught a cold, and wasn't able to find the time to blog the other days.

Tomorrow after school I planning on going to the gym to workout until I get bored.
Let's see how this go... got my 7 day VIP pass from Gold's Gym (free)...
